Comb cappings contain wax, propolis, and pollen. It is natural complex of biologically active substances.It is recommended to chew one tablespoon of comb capping for 5-10 minutes four times a day. The overdose or accidental ingestion are not dangerous, as it is easily digested in the stomach and is good for the mucosa.
